Saturday 14 March 2026 Under clear blue skies, around 80 pilgrims gathered on the ancient village green at Old Byland to begin a shared journey along the Saint Aelred’s Pilgrim Trail. Next Saturday we gather for our Lent pilgrimage along part of the Saint Aelred’s Pilgrim Trail, walking together through the beautiful churches and landscape of Upper Ryedale. The day begins at 9.30am at All Saints, Old Byland , where pilgrims will gather for coffee and cake before setting out.
